Buying online couldn't be easier. Simply select the items you wish to purchase, choose the colour and quantity and select 'add to basket'. Once you are happy with the items you have added to your basket confirm this by clicking 'Go to checkout'. Here you will enter your delivery details and contact numbers. Then simply continue to checkout where you will be directed to the Paypal secure payment page. Enter your payment details and continue, once your payment has authorised you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal to confirm your order has processed.

Payment Online: Our payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal are a secure payment service provider in the UK, providing globally connected, locally co-ordinated payment processing service to hundreds of merchants uk wide. Easy, Safe and Secure online transactions.
Payment by Cheque: If you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to Shape Design , Unit 25. Please ensure you enclose your order details along with the delivery address and contact numbers. We will call to confirm your order once the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
Our standard delivery to UK Mainland service is Free when you spend £500 or more.
Estimated delivery timescales are detailed within our site for each product/brand. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the delivery timescale or offer you the option to cancel your order.
We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery reaches you within the timescales stated, however, if we are unable to we can not accept liability for any subsequential loss, or compensation in any way.
Many of our deliveries are made by Pallet distribution to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition and quickly. Due to the nature of our products we have found that this is the safest and most reliable way of ensuring our customers receive their items in perfect condition and on time. Please be aware that the delivery driver is not obligated to assist in unwrapping the pallet and delivery is to the first communal door only. Therefore please ensure you have sufficient help on delivery to unload the pallet.
SPECIAL DELIVERY: If you are unable to get help with your delivery and would prefer a two man delivery please call us prior to ordering. We can arrange delivery to the room of your choice if required. However, this may not be included in our FREE delivery service. Cost will depend on your location and items to be delivered.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION: Installation is not included in our standard delivery service. If you require installation please call to arrange prior to ordering. Installation costs vary and are dependant on your location and items to be installed. Please call for a quote.
Returns Policy: If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of delivery.You can contact us by email and telephone (see Contact Us above). All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing.
Faulty / Damaged Items: If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting or assembly. Items which have been fitted, assembled or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged.
In-correctly ordered goods: If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surchage of 25% of the goods value. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Items are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued. Please ensure that you order the correct items. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before delivery please contact us. There will be an administration charge for any item cancelled. If the item has already been sent but not delivered we can not refund the delivery costs for that order.
