As stated in the delivery information, items should be checked for damage on delivery and returned to us within 7 days for a replacement. All efforts will be made to replace damaged parts. You should contact us as soon as you spot the problem, and we may require pictures of the damage.
Unwanted goods may only be returned by the buyer at the discretion of the manager if adequate proof and date of purchase is given and the goods are returned to the seller in the original wrapped packaging, and undamaged. The seller reserves the right in the event that the goods are accepted back by the seller to charge a reasonable amount in respect of a restocking and administration charge.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
The buyer holds responsibility for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure goods are of the correct dimensions before purchase. We will not accept responsiblity for furniture not fitting a space or through doorways.
Please note if an item is damaged it must be returned to us in order for a replacement to be sent out.

For heavy items such as our extending tables and large dining tables please ensure you have sufficient help on delivery. Our deliveries are sent on pallets and are only to the first communal door. If you require assistance on delivery please contact us prior to ordering so we can make arrangements. Two man delivery services may not be included in the FREE service.
