Standard delivery usually within 10 days
We aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible, you should receive your items within 10 working days of ordering. However due to high demand some of our items may take up to 8 weeks.
Should an item be out of stock one of our sales team will advise you on a delivery date as soon as possible. For urgent deliveries please contact us to ensure your item is in stock.
We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you. If, however, if it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.
Some of our deliveries are managed by an external courier and larger items may be delivered by pallet. The courier will call you before the delivery to arrange a suitable date and time. Deliveries can only be made Mon-Friday 8-5pm unless otherwise arranged with the courier.
Our delivery to UK Mainland service is Free when you spend £500 or more.
Estimated delivery timescales are detailed within our site for each product/brand. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the delivery timescale or offer you the option to cancel your order.
We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery reaches you within the timescales stated, however, if we are unable to we can not accept liability for any subsequential loss, or compensation in any way.
Returns Policy: If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of delivery.You can contact us by email and telephone (see Contact Us above). All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing.
Faulty / Damaged Items: If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting or assembly. Items which have been fitted, assembled or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged.
In-correctly ordered goods: If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surchage of 25% of the goods value. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Items are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued. Please ensure that you order the correct items. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before delivery please contact us. There will be an administration charge for any item cancelled. If the item has already been sent but not delivered we can not refund the delivery costs.

DELIVERIES TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT OF THE CARDHOLDER WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF I.D. SUCH AS A PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENCE OR THE CARD YOU PAID WITH. This is to prevent the risk of fraudulent activity on this website. Fraudulent and suspicious transactions will be cancelled and reported to the police.
