Modern Homes Uk Ltd is run by a team of highly experienced people with experience in the Interior Design and the furniture industry, who are on hand to help should you require help choosing the right piece of furniture for your home.
All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarentee and are made to the highest standards, and comply with current uk fire and safety regulations.
Many of our furnishings are supplied flat packed for easy home assembly. Please see product details for more information.
Our Services
In addition to supplying furniture we also offer a range of services for the home and garden. We have qualified designers who can design the interior of your home, from furnishings through to a complete re-design including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms.
If you require work to be carried out in the garden, our landscaper can help, whether you need fencing, decking, patios, pergolas or even a pond.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
8am-6pm
Saturday deliveries are available upon request but are subject to additional charges.

If the item you order is out of stock a member of staff will notify you as soon as possible.
DELIVERY IS FREE WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £500
All other purchases are subject to delivery charges at £30 for England & Wales
or £65 for Scotland

For heavy items such as our extending tables and large dining tables please ensure you have sufficient help on delivery. Our deliveries are sent on pallets and are only to the first communal door. If you require assistance on delivery please contact us prior to ordering so we can make arrangements. Two man delivery services may not be included in the FREE service.
